Yoga flow uses principles of hatha and vinyasa yoga, linking postures to build sequences that enliven one’s experience of the body. By matching precision with joy, groundedness with buoyancy, calmness with humor, and steadiness with swing, we delve deep into the yoga practice. The asanas will offer ways to play with strength and flexibility, and will encourage efficient balance.
